Ruby's POV Ruby got to her doorstep and her eyes widened at the sight of a large package at the door. She let out a small sigh and slowly crouched to pick it up. The guards walked past her, and others moved through the hallway, but none said a word about the box.
For a moment, she was scared. Next, she was curious.
She lifted it and brought it into her room. After locking the door tightly, she walked to her bedside and dropped it on the bed.
She changed into a lighter dress, something soft and loose for sleep, since it was already getting late. Then, she opened the box.
