Ruby's POV
Carrick lowered his gaze and focused it on the approaching person.
Ruby? What was she coming to do on the field?
"Ruby," Carrick welcomed her with a smile as he hugged her shoulders. "Who showed you this place?"
Ruby nudged him on the shoulder, and Carrick released a soft groan as she said, "You showed me around your pack when I arrived. How could I forget everywhere so easily?"
"Oh, that's actually true. But this isn't the field you know," Carrick said with a suspicious smile.
"This is the main field, I know. I think I should train myself, but I'm..."
"A little weak? I get it, Ruby." Carrick pulled her closer and said into her ear, "That's why you should spend more time with my sister, Laura."
"So she would show me more of your pictures?" Ruby teased, and Carrick laugh
