Ruby's POV
A lot of wolves stood at the entrance of the Alpha King's room, and the noise they made jolted him awake. He stared at the wall clock...it was 7 a.m.
What did the wolves want from him? Was his Beta not available to attend to them?
He stretched his arms and then turned to face Ruby. She was wrapped in sheets, sleeping peacefully. Her eyes were still closed, and her red hair glowed in his eyes. That sight brought joy to his face once again.
