Cara's P.O.V Shawn and I descended the staircase as we heard people talking in the dining hall. I gripped his hand in anticipation of what my grandmother wanted to talk with us about. As we entered, my mother and grandmother were sitting at the head of the table while my father was nowhere to be seen. " Good Morning, Cara and Shawn" my mother greeted us as she kissed me on the cheek. My grandmother held her hands out towards me, " Good morning my dear, did you sleep well?" She said as she winked at me. " Yes ma'am, I did " I replied as she brought me closer and gave me a hug. " I remember those days with your Grandfather, enjoy them" she whispered into my ear before releasing me. I sat next to her while Shawn sat to my right after giving both of them kisses on the cheek.
