Lilly

Despite that I could not die and that I knew their weakness point, I still trembled when ever I caught the glimpse of any of them.

The sight of our university was appearing as we approached, our original plan was to find "Arsenio's" crush but I also wished to find "Grace", at that moment I thought that it would have been better if I had just asked her for her number instead of just being shy around her.

With that thought I asked "Arsenio":

- Do you have her number?

He froze for a second before nodding his head and getting his phone out, then he made a call; we waited for a long time so I said:

- May be she left her phone.

His face became stiffed as if he was thinking of the worst scenario, he almost gave up  before he heard a "Hello" so he quickly asked, worried:

- "Lilly"? where are you?

By listening to him I was able to tell how much he cared for her, so I felt envy, because despite that he has always acted as a coward in that apocalypse he had the courage to take his crush's phone number; so I wondered what was the use of being smart if I could not come up with idea to take "Grace's" phone or even social media page.

"Arsenio" turned to me while he was still on the phone with his "Lilly" and pointed at a direction then he said:

- Do not hang up the phone, stay with me on the line until we come to you okay? good.

I followed him while looking at the orange sky, the sun was setting, which reminded me that in the first apocalypse, we always hated night because the monsters have always became more active and dangerous. 

(I wish I could find their base and finish all of this)

I thought as I watched the sunset.

After few minutes we arrived to the f*******n land..

The girls' dorm.

I could not believe I was actually in there, I expected to see a neat place, with nice smell but the only smell I found was blood.

We ran through the hallway searching for lily's room, where she was hiding, until we found it, it was an easy task because they has the same sequence system as our rooms.

As "Arsenio" was knocking the door, the status of the place caught my eyes, every room was broken except for her room, the door was clean as if it was not touched which me wonder:

( Are we walking into a trap or is there something inside that is keeping the "Damar" away? but even with the presence of a charity tool in a place they did not hesitate on breaking in)

The door finally opened and a panicked girl appeared to us, she said in a crying voice:

- Come in.

But I hesitated, the fact that the "Damar" are humans made me suspect that she might be actually one of them and that she was luring us inside to finish us and take revenge for her fallen colleagues.

So I grabbed "Arsenio's" arm and whispered:

- May be we should not go inside.

He turned to me with widened eyes full of wonder so I continued:

- Is it not a little suspicious that only her room is unharmed.

But contrary to what I expected he put a kind smile and said:

- Believe me, she will never harm us, I know her.

I stressed:

- You are blinded by love.

He shook his head and said:

- I know her for longer that what you think.

Then without giving me the chance to react he went inside so I followed him while my heart was still in unease.

Her small room was very neat but full of poorly made teddy bears, some of them were not finished yet and there was also some boxes with shipping bills attached on them.

I contemplated them while wondering why did she have all of this in her room until it finally hit me so I asked her:

- Are you participating in a charity program.

She was surprised by my sudden question but she replied while putting a gentle yet sad smile:

- I am making teddy bears to the orphans, I believe that hand made teddy bears can carry more love than bought ones.

I said in awe:

- Amazing, may be they are the reason of why the "Damar" did not break into your room, they will die the moment they step in here.

"Arsenio" smiled and said:

- I am glad that we have a safe base now.

I could not be happier at that moment, I was really tired and I had a lot in my mind so I needed to rest a little bit before continuing my quest.

I took shower while "Arseion" explained everything to her, luckily the water was warm, I never imagined that showering will be a big bless.

She insisted on giving us biscuits to eat, and then I understood why he loves her so much, no one would give up on food in that situation.

I sat down on the ground, munching the biscuits while checking my social media page, and again there were those mean comments on my post:

"Are you still trying to get attention?"

"Nice move but it is clearly fake"

"I hope you die"

I choked on the last one, I never thought that they will go so far.

"Arsenio" noticed me and asked:

- Mean comments again?

I yelled:

- Yes, they even asked me die.

Then I murmured:

- It will not be the first time thought.

He tried to comfort me as he said:

- I already told you to ignore them, they are every where and asking every body to die because they are simply jealous or attention seeker.

I understood what he meant but still felt very angry, all I wanted is to share tips on surviving, I had no time for showing off.

But then "Lilly" asked a very important question:

- You said that the "Damar" are actually humans right? what if they are the ones who are replying to your post?

My heart skipped a beat as I thought that she might be right.
