Chapter 13

Jared’s eyes were completely black. She had to try to coax him back.

“Jared.” She saw them flash green then back to black. Oh no. Nick knocked on the door. Jared growled and got over her. She grabbed his phone and called their mom.

“Hello dear how are things going?”

“I started my heat and I think I lost Jared. His eyes won’t change back!”

“Oh my. I’ll be right over with some of the women. Do not mate with him! No matter how hard he tries. Try to leave him and go to the bathroom.” Weirdly how calm her mom was being made her calm down a little. She heard a growl come from Jared and he grabbed onto her tightly. Now she wasn’t calm anymore. He wasn’t letting her go.

“Please hurry!” She hung up. Nick came into the room. Jared kept her behind him. Nicks wolf seemed under control. She saw his blues eyes flash black then change back to blue. No wonder he was beta. He was good at controlling his wolf. Maybe Jared could learn a thing or two.

“Jared we both need to leave. You need to release Della. She will be fine. We can go sit on the front steps.” He growled. She tried to adjust. But he grabbed her and pinned her down. Dang she ended up aroused. That seemed to drive him even more crazy. She wonders if Bianca would handle him.

‘Let me out!’ She did. Once she shifted Jared’s eyes seemed to go back to green. She hopped off his bed and went into her room. She closed the door and shifted then locked it. She then went into her bathroom and locked it. Waiting for her mom. That was actually kind of scary.

‘I’m sorry baby girl. You shouldn’t have started your heat yet. You’re early.’ Jared’s voice. They have mind link now. She was going to enjoy it.

‘It’s okay. If you’re like that I’m scared to see what other wolves are like.’

‘I won’t let anyone hurt you.’

‘I know. I also know that you couldn’t control McAllister.’

‘He will get easier to control as the years go on.’

‘Hopefully… you scared Bianca.’

‘I’m sorry to her too. She shouldn’t have had to come out.’

‘Is it safe to come out of my bathroom?’

‘Yes. Mom just pulled up. Nick and I are in the truck leaving. I love you.’

‘I love you too. I’ll see you in a week.’

‘That seems like such a long time.’

‘It can’t be that bad.’ She heard him laugh

‘I just mated with you. You think I want to be away from you for a week?!’ She laughed.

‘Man up. I can handle it.’ She heard him laugh. She turned her mind link off. Her crotch was covered in blood. She got up. There was a knock on her bedroom door. She opened the door.

“Oh sweetheart. You must be blessed by the moon goddess. No one ever starts their heat this fast.” Yay. The stinking moon goddess. If she knew she was this blessed she would have never mated. “How long did it take you?”

“That you’re blessed. You and Jared won’t have any problem producing an heir.”

“What happens when I do get pregnant?”

“Well once you do I will help Jared take over as alpha. I will take those 9 months to train him and then once you give birth he will take over as alpha. You and him will move into the pack house. Your mom and I will move here. We will stay for at least 3 months while you recover and learn how to be new parents. We will still be available to you guys come what may.” Wow. It was all happening. She felt a cramp. It hurt really bad. Worse than her period. Her mom handed her a thing of tea.

‘I’m sorry baby girl.’ She nearly spit her tea back into the cup.

‘Yes. Everything.’ Her eyes darted to the side.

“Just found out Jared can feel everything you feel?” Her mom asked.

“Maybe…” she motioned her head and everyone cleared out. She sat down right next to Della.

“Why though?”

“Nick told me what happened when you were missing.”

“Okay okay. Let me go strip. These are so comfy.” They walked upstairs. Erica just sat on her bed. Yep Erica has seen her naked more than Della has seen herself naked. She stripped and then shifted. Erica’s eyes got wide. She walked over to her.

“Bianca is gorgeous!” She heard her purr. Erica scratched her a little. She loved it.

‘I did.’ She shifted back. Erica handed her her clothes.

“Bianca says she did.” Erica laughed.

“How was she able to shift with the silver? it normally blocks shifting.”

“I heard Jared’s wolf howl. At that point my brother shifted and Bianca said let me out. So I did. I let her take over.”

“Oh yeah you did. Nick said she broke the chains off, injured your brother, and killed almost all the other wolves. He killed one and Jared killed one.” Wow. Bianca was crazy.

“Bianca said her and her mate killed them.”

“Probably trying to make you like her. It’s hard finding out your wolf has such a thirst for blood.”

“It actually doesn’t bother me.” It did at first but she was over it. Bianca is there to protect her.

‘That’s my girl.’ She felt another cramp. Then a groan. Poor Jared.

“Wonder if he’s going to cave…” Erica laughed.

“Gosh he almost did with your first period. That man is so weak for you.” She laughed. They spent the rest of the night talking. Surprisingly the burning skin feeling wasn’t coming on. Maybe she caught a break. Other than cramping every so often it wasn’t that bad.

“Well you should go to Jared’s bed and take your toys with you. It’s going to be bad.”

“What happened when you were in heat?”

“Well nick isn’t alpha so we mated a lot. Trust me your next heat you will wonder how you ever made it through without your mate. We tried since you know the alpha has to or at least try and it took about 3 hours for my skin to start burning and nicks wolf went crazy.”

“Yay. Jared already lost a fight to McAllister.”

“He was snarling and his eyes were black. He pinned me. I let Bianca out to deal with him. His eyes turned back to green and I went in my room and shifted back. He left.”

“His wolf’s name is McAllister?”

“Yep. I call him allister and he goes crazy!”

“Nick had complete control over his wolf. He tried to calm Jared.”

“Wow. To be so young and so in control of your wolf… must be nice.” Della laughed.

“Well to be fair… Jared has known I’m his mate for 6 years. We missed out first chance to mate. It was now or never.”

“True. And you were just missing so McAllister has got to be so torn right now.”

“Probably.”
