Chapter 5 The main difference between Abramshire Academy and most other places, from several dragon heights at least, was how everything was arranged. Where the mountain huts, dragonlet nests, and the kitchens and other buildings were all laid out in cozy circles, most human settlements relied on unyielding straight lines and sharp angles. Only Leela’s farmlands followed that strict organizational plan more than Branch Meade. A much calmer and faster flight than Wyja expected had them over row upon orderly row of huts before time for lunch. Most of the huts were bigger than at the academy, certainly, and quite a few were made of wood or small blue stones baked inside of vast ovens.
