Birthday Party

Once again I am headed to another pack to meet another Alphas daughter. For the past 5 years I have gone to every pack, every wolf ceremony to find my mate. My pack needs their Luna. I am Alpha Kyle of the Blood Moon pack the Largest pack in the states. My Gamma and I are headed two states away to the Blue Moon pack to search for our mates. My Beta and Beta Female are running the pack while We are gone. Normally these things are boring and I dread them the only hope of finding her being the reason I am there. But this time it feels different I’m not sure why. My wolf is on edge and will not sit down in my head.

We arrive at the Blue Moon gates they are a big pack as well and have really good security. We give the guards our name and they let us in after checking ids. We then drive down a road to the pack house where a man and women are awaiting us. I step out and and shake hands with the Alpha and his Luna, she greets us.“ Alpha Kyle what a pleasure it is that you have come to our home. Please if there is anything we can get you to make your stay more comfortable do not hesitate to ask. Carla will show you and your man to your rooms the dinner will start in an hour so please freshen up and we will see you soon.” She is quite beautiful with her long dark hair neatly braided around her head in an elegant way. She is tall and knows how to command a room.

After arriving to my room I freshen up change into a white dress shirt and red tie with black trousers. I grab my jacket as I walk out the door to go out side. Once outside I see the grand back yard perfectly decorated in all the right ways. They have definitely gone all out for this event. My Gamma Derek and I find our table near the front. We sit and wait for the activities to start. My wolf Jack will not stop pacing in my head.

“Jack you need to chill dude” I tell him.

“Mate! Mate! Is here she is here!!” He chirps jumping up and down.

“What!?!? Where!?!?” I turn my head in all directions looking for her but I can not since her just yet.

I nudge Derek “Man she’s here”

He then starts freaking out asking the same questions as I did. About that time music starts to play. Everyone’s attention is directed to the main house, the grand double doors open. There is a beautiful she wolf exciting she has on a red mid thigh length dress with lace sleeves and a heart shape neckline. Her hair is up showing off her neck and collarbone with curls bouncing from her pony tail. She resembles the Luna I met this evening, realizing that must be their daughter.

The evening continues and I stay on alert looking for my Luna. Not having any luck the night goes on. It’s finally time for the transformation ceremony. My self and the other wolves change into basketball shorts not wanting to ruin our party clothes. Once changed I step to the side with the other single wolves.

Jack once again comes to the front of my mind walking in circles yelling “Mate!”

I keep my composure while looking for her about that time a scent of coconut and roses hits my nose. My head snaps forward I see the most amazing silver wolf presenting herself she has a moon crest on her temple. At that moment I realize these are the Blue Moon twins. I can not take my eyes off of her. I start to move forward I walk till I am inches from her feeling her wolf look over me. I reach out and take her head into my hand saying mate. Accepting her as mine. It is then we have to to go on our run I step to the side not wanting to go to far from her and shift. I come out and stand next to her. I wish I could talk to her but not being from her pack I can not mind link her. Not yet anyways once I claim and mark her we will be able to.

Once our fun is finished I change back into my suit then go search for her again. It’s not hard to find her when she steps out in that red dress. I walk up to her and and lift her for her to face me. She is beautiful with features fit of an angel. Her brown eyes staring back at me. I sit her down bow and introduce myself.

“My Luna, I am Alpha Kyle Harton of the Blood Moon pack. I have searched for you for 5 years and now you are mine.”

“My Alpha I am Karrington Lian daughter of Alpha Thayen of the Blue Moon pack. It is great to finally meet you” She says sweetly

“If you are ready I would like to talk to your parents then go somewhere to talk.” I ask her

“Yes, I would love that.” Her smile radiates over me and makes me the happiest man in the world.

I grab her hand with instant tingles from our mate bond. We approach her parents.

“Luna, Alpha I would like to accept you daughter as my mate and Luna with your blessing.” I state in a confident voice

“Alpha Kyle, my Luna and I are more than happy to give our blessing to you.” Her father reaches out for my hand.

“Thank you sir” I snake my arm around her and pull her a little closer, I finally have my Luna! “ It is an honor to have her as my Luna”

“ Can we go somewhere and talk?” I look down and ask

“ Yes, we can go to my room. Follow me.” She takes my hand and heads toward the pack house. We head up stairs to the Alpha level and her scent swarms me. This hall is filled with her scent. She opens the second door and walks in. Her room decorated in purples and is simple and elegant just like her. I sit on her bed and pull her into my lap. Wrapping my arms her I nuzzle my head into her neck taking in her sweet scent.

“ How are you feeling? I know a lot has happened the last two hours.” I ask worried about my young mate

She smiles up at me “I’m much better now. I was really nervous but once you touched me all those nerves went away.”

“ Today we will spend your birthday with your family and get your things together then tomorrow we will need to leave and head to our home where we will complete the mating and marking of our mate bond. I want to to do it in our home in the bed we will share.” I explain my plans for the next couple days. “ Once we get home and you meet my parents I want to plan on having your Luna Ceremony in two weeks. The quicker we can make it official the better off the pack will be.”

“Ok, this is really happening. I have trained for this my whole life and it’s finally here. I hope I don’t make any mistakes, I want your pack to accept me and be the best Luna I can be for them.” With how she is worrying she will make a great Luna.

“Kari, my love, you will be a perfect Luna. OUR pack will adore you because you are the rightful Luna and true mate of their Alpha. There is no need to worry I will be right by your side at all times.”

She smiles and lays her head on my chest, I feel her yawn as she lets out a sigh. I lift her up tell her to go get dressed for bed and I’ll be waiting for her once she gets back.

While she is in the bathroom I mind link my Gamma. “Derek, I need you to call Ryan and Alyssa (my Beta and Beta Female) tell them I am bringing their Luna home tomorrow so make the necessary preparations.”

“Yes, Alpha Congratulations we can not wait to have her home.” He links me back quickly.

She comes out in a pink pajama set that is short sleeves and buttons down with a collar. It has white piping and matches her shorts that shows off those luscious legs.

“My dad wants to meet with you at 8am. He says he would like to have a private conversation before the days events happen. It’s 3am now so if we are going to get any sleep we better lay down now.” She speaks so softly I know she is tired.

She walks to the other side of the bed and lays down under the covers I unbutton my shirt and take off my pants leaving me in nothing but my boxers. I slide in next to her and pull her closer. Jack is losing his mind and want to Mark his mate now. I have to push him back and remind him not till we are home.
