Sasha and Jason were already seated at the far end of the café by the time Alistair and Ethan arrived. At only 19 years of age Sasha was one of the most beautiful wolves in the pack and also one of the most dangerous. She kept her blonde hair short to show off her prized silver accessories that cuffed her ears and sported a casual low back top to display her pack mark on her left shoulder. Her deep brown eyes locked onto Alistair as he reached to pull out the seat opposite her.
'Man I thought you guys would never show' Jason smiled in excitement. He wore his dirty blonde hair up in a hair tie, trying to keep it out of his face but the sides were too short and instead lay wild. Whilst Jason had welcomed the men, Sasha remained closed going as far as crossing her arms.
Ethan apologised for thier tardiness as Alistair placed two small gifts on the table. Indicating they spent that time shopping for an I'm so sorry I misguided your brother gift.
Sasha huffed 'You really think buying a gift will make up for risking my brother's life'
'I was...' Jason tried to chime in before his sister cut him off.
'You may think your invinsible Alistair, but no sane wolf goes off towards the borders alone. There are rumours going around, lone wolves getting attack. Witches pillaging nearby villages and worst of all those disgusting blood suckers pushing thier luck and roaming our lands. And lets not forget your Uncle getting sent to Silver Dusk on important pack matters, they say a strange creature is attacking wolves' she paused waiting for a response but only silence.
'If you can't see my issue with you than theres no point in being here, come on Jay, we're leaving'
'but ...' once again Jason tried to appeal to his sister, to no avail. Sasha stood up and began to walk away 'Now Jay' she ordered, but her cute little brother would not budge. She turned back and heard a faint voice in her mind 'Your right and I'm sorry', it was Alistair creating a mind link. Sasha was taken aback, she never thought when Ethan told her Alistair wanted to apologise that he really would. After all he never did before.
'say it ...' she looked at Alistair, who sat relaxed in his seat. 'I want to hear you say it ..... Out loud' she didn't break her stare. Ethan and Jason looked at one another clearly bewildered, when they heard the words escape Alistairs mouth 'I'm sorry'. Jason slammed his hands to the table as he rose from his chair, 'Its not your fault, I told her but she never listens to me Alistair. I told you, why does he need to apologise' he yelled in frustration.
'There were many choices I had that day Jay, but I let you follow. So I am equally to blame' Alistair exclaimed.
'Now that's over with, lets eat' Ethan helped move past the topic and beckoned a reluctant Sasha to rejoin the table, her face flushed red from her frustrations and conflict.
