Sasha and Jason were already stood at the palace gates, waiting for Alistair and Ethan. Sasha thought it best to arrive early, having know Alistair since childhood it was obvious he would attempt to give them the slip. She wasnt overly keen on the idea of a run in the woods, but could feel her wolf itching for freedom. And for the tenth time she gave Jason the rundown on her rules. 'yes, yes, I know stop fussing, I am of age you know' he huffed in response any time there was a pause. There were only three main ones to remember, number one don't leave the safety of the pack, he must remain in visual proximity of at least one other individual. Number two if any suspicious trails or tracks are detected he must remain between her and Ethan as they return to the safety of the palace and number three under no circumstances is he to run off with Alistair towards the border.

The other rules were the usual sister rules he received, such as make sure you do as I say, keep pace, stick to the left side if possible, and so on. Of course Jason had zooned out from the conversation as he long before he saw Ethan and Alistair walking towards them. He was excited as the prospect of his first evening run during a full moon, his wolf just as eager to prance around the autumn leaves and watch them dance in the wind.

'shes not giving you a hard time is she Jay' Alistair joked as he poked fun at sasha, before she grabbed his shirt pulling his ear close to my mouth. 'I dont care if you are my alpha prince, if a single hair on my little brothers head is damaged you will regret the day we ever met' she growled. 'you're just lucky I like you' he whispered back, causing a cold chill to run through sashas body. It wasn't often Alistair let his wolf seep out, it was clear he was ready to shift and feel the freedom of the woods.

Sasha backed off choosing to stand beside Ethan as Alistair took the lead towards the forest beyond the towns edge. Ethan could sense Sashas agitation, 'dont let it get to you'. 'I'm not' she snapped, 'its just its easy to forget he is a high level alpha'.
