Teaghan POV I sat in the leather lounge chair next to Rick’s hospital bed for the last few hours hoping that he’d wake up. Every now and then he would hiccup with the breathing tube but never open his eyes. The doctor came in about an hour ago to check his vitals and condition. He seemed pleased with his progress, although I didn’t see any but apparently, Rick was showing stronger signs of brain activity on the EEG.
