Paul had just gotten off the bus, when Inspector West called to let him know that the video of Anna and Josie was available, from a pay for view porn site, on what the inspector called the dark side of the Internet. Although the inspector claimed that it was unlikely that the boys or their mates would ever stumble across the images, Paul was not reassured.
As Paul was approaching the house, his mobile rang again.
‘Paul, it’s Marie. Carl West just rang me. Are you alright?’
‘Not really.’
‘Where are you?’
‘I’m walking up the driveway, at home.’
‘Put the kettle on. I’m on my way.’
‘Thanks.’
