She stood up and walked up to Agnes slowly holding her sword at full alert. “Who are you!?” “Who am I?” Agnes asked again. “Don’t play with me. Who the hell are you?” Amelita snarled. “Shouldn’t you be thanking me for killing the soldiers.” Agnes fumed, “so ungrateful.” He mumbled. “I’m not thanking you because you just disrupted our plans.” Amelita snarled again. “What!? How? I’m just trying to be a nice guy here.” “We knew they’d come so I was the bait. They wouldn’t make it past the river. Our fighters are positioned there already.” “Still you would have killed them. I just helped you guys save some energy.” Agnes said smiling. “No you didn’t. You caused us a lot of stress. These soldiers are the palace guards, they are very skillful and fierce. Only them can give us information how to get in the palace undetected.” Amelita gripped her sword tight. “You’ll be paying for this.” She moved to attack but then they heard a cough. She stopped and looked to see one of the soldiers lying on the floor still barely alive. “You should be thankful.” Amelita brought out a whistle. After playing it, about three hundred men came out of their hideout. “Wow that’s a lot.” Agnes mumbled. Amelita pointed to the soldier lying on the floor. “Take this soldier to the infirmary and make sure he lives.” She turned to Agnes, “Take him to the t*****e room. I want to get some information out of him.” “Yes ma’am.” Two soldiers stepped forward but Amelita stopped them. “Not two soldiers. Fifty of you should take him there. If he tries to be funny, make an emergency call.” Agnes chuckled. This act infuriates Amelita even more. She punched him in the face. “Take him away.” She ordered again. Fifty soldiers stepped forward and took him to the t*****e room. ***** “How’s he doing?” “We tried all we could but we saw nothing on him.” “What do you mean he has nothing on him?” Amelita exclaimed. “I can’t lie to you. He only has ropes and a couple of clothes with dried bread. And of course his sword.” Ragnar said. “Ragnar I trust you and I know being the head of security in this place makes you an elite soldier but it’s not a daily thing to see a man who could defeat more than twenty five skilled soldiers without breaking a sweat.” Ragnar gulped. “Is that true?” He asked. “Why would I be lying? And it seems he is here for something....” “Or maybe someone.” Ragnar cut her off. Amelita furrowed her eyebrows showing her confusion. “He kept asking to see you. He wants to see you.” Amelita fumed. “Maybe it’s time for him to die.” She turned away and went to the t*****e room. She saw Agnes seated with his head hunged low but chained to the iron table. “You want to see me.” She stated coldly. “Yes I miss your face already.” Agnes said without looking up. “I’m done playing these games. Would you tell me what you are her for or I kill you?” “Would you stop with the murderous just for once.” Agnes shouted making Amelita jumped back a little. She’s a fierce warrior who had face a lot of wars and battles but a shout from a man startled her, this must be unbelievable. “You can’t beat me. You have a lot of fighters but I would have done a lot of damage to your men even before I get a scratch.” Agnes sighed then ran his hand in his hair. “You are so full of yourself.” “No I’m not.” Agnes defended. “So why are you here? If a skilled fighter like you is not in the palace what are you doing, wandering around here for?’’ Amelita asked. “I’m here for you.” Amelita laughed scornfully then crossed her arms over her chest. She sat on the chair opposite him. “I don’t know you. Why would you come here for me?” She asked. “Can you help bring something out of my pocket?” Agnes asked. Amelita refused at first but later decided to do it. She dipped her hand into his pocket and what came out of his pocket surprised her. “Where did you see this?” Amelita asked looking at the golden Anklet she has in her hands. The golden anklets were her great grandmother’s. Her grandmother gave it to her before she passed away. She had lost one of the anklets months ago when she was fighting by the side of the waterfall. She never thought she’d see it again. “Tell me where did you see this?” Amelita barked at him. “Do you know there are villages below this waterfall?” Agnes asked. “Yes. I know now answer me.” Amelita said impatiently. “Well that’s where I came from. I happen to see the anklet at the base of the waterfall. I was curious about what could have happened up here. So I decided to come see for myself. I climbed this mountain.” Agnes explained. “No I don’t believe you.’’ Amelita refused to believe him. “And why can’t you believe me?” “No one can climb that mountain. Only the likes of Ares the god of War.” “Well am I not a god of War?” Amelita drew out a sword and placed it by his neck. “Speak the truth or I’ll strike.” “I just told you the truth.” Amelita was about to strike when a voice stopped here. “What are you doing Amelita?” Master Kaeman came in.
