“Now, you three have messed up too many times for me to allow you to interfere anymore with my plans.” I said as I stared down at Joshua, Felicity, and Beatrice.
“I haven’t done anything wrong. I’m trying to get her back! Isn’t that what you wanted?” Joshua snapped. “If I can get her to choose me as her mate instead of those buffoons, your plan will be foolproof.”
I rubbed the bridge of my nose and shook my head. “Not if you are now on the list as enemy number one! You and Felicity were supposed to be breaking down her spirit, not giving the girl’s new family a way to destroy any second guessing she could think of. Because of you two, she’s not only going to have more confidence in herself and her relationships with others, but she is also going to be guarded.”
