I heard a sigh from Lia as she snuggled further into my side. Ever since she moved in the alpha suite, we have been taking turns on who gets to sleep with her. It was the easiest method and if we weren’t with her, we were most likely assisting with patrols. Every day she works hard to increase her stamina and strength. It’s almost as if she is a whole different girl. The best part is all that nonsense her wolf told us about weeks ago is a distant memory. Well…for her at least.
There have been increased sightings of vampires-of all things-day after day and at least ten of our warriors end up in hospital at every encounter.
