POV Ophelia The thrumming of the music was heard all the way from the street. Mason went with some of his teammates and Jeremy while I decided to go with Lucas and Jackson. The two of them turned to look at me fiddling with Mason’s jacket in the backseat. I glanced out the window and I could feel my body instinctually revolting against this idea. “Talk to us.” Lucas said, snapping me out of my own mind. “A-About what?” I mumbled through the link. “For one, we know you were hiding something during the game and when Mason was…approached by that girl, I could tell the color left your face. What happened?” Jackson clarified. “My wolf happened.” I said irritably. “Pardon?” The two of them asked. “Should we bring Mason into this?” Lucas added. I felt my lips tremble before I nodded.
