Mike wasn't expecting the reply Ethan gave him, he had thought if he told Ethan that he doesn't want to sell the penthouse to him anymore, Ethan will give in and just give him the money without putting him through so much stress.
"What are you still standing there for? You said you want your penthouse back so that's the documents. Take it and leave." Ethan said sternly. "Good luck finding anyone who's willing to beat my price for the penthouse, I doubt you'll even be able to get a good amount of money by selling it off to someone else, but then again, it's none of my business so take the documents and leave, I've got other things to do with my time." He said, then he opened up his laptop and began typing on it.
