Chloe's POV
My eyes fluttered open when I heard the sound of someone knocking on my door. I didn't want to get out of bed since I was still so sleepy but I had to force myself to get up, I rubbed the sleep off my eyes and got down from the bed, then I sluggishly walked to open the door.
"Hey, I hope I didn't wake you up." Ethan said to me, looking a little bit worried.
"You did." I replied with an eye roll, trying to hold back my laughter because he also had this funny look on his face.
"I'm sorry if I did, I just wanted to check up on you and know how you're doing before I leave for work, I'll let you go back to sleep now.'' He kissed my forehead and was about to leave but I held his hand.
