~CELINE~ His words hung in the air between us, a promise I hadn't expected and wasn't prepared for. The intensity in his eyes made something flutter in my chest, something dangerous and unwelcome. "I should let you rest," Ragnar said after a moment, his voice rougher than before. He took a step back, creating distance between us, and I felt both relief and disappointment.
