I don't know how long I was out, but when I came back to myself, I was lying on something soft. My wolf had retreated, leaving me with a body that felt surprisingly better than before. The shift had helped, just as Ragnar said it would. Opening my eyes, I realized I was back in my room, tucked into bed. Someone had dressed me in a loose t-shirt and shorts. Janet, probably.
