Both Clara and Lily could not believe what they had just heard Jacqueline say. How the hell was that even possible?
"Wait, what did you just say?" Clara had to ask again, just to be sure that she had heard correctly. Instantaneously, her heart began to race of its own accord. Just by hearing that name, several bad memories began to pass through the bed of her memory.
Jacqueline thought it looked odd that Clara was asking her to repeat herself. What else was there to say again? It wasn't as if she had been talking in an inaudible fashion.
Regardless, she repeated her words. "I said that I had to sort out some issues with one of our top models. And she just might be coming to join Prada in the future."
