(Author’s POV)
Aurora quietly tiptoed into Ian’s room, her lips curving into a mischievous smile as she saw him sitting at his desk, completely immersed in his game. His brows were furrowed, his fingers moved swiftly on the keyboard, and through his headset he was muttering strategies to his online teammates. He didn’t even notice her enter.
She folded her arms and watched him for a moment, amusement twinkling in her eyes.
An idea popped into her head, and she decided to return the countless playful tricks Ian had pulled on her every time. Aurora quietly stepped behind him and let her hand slip gently around his neck.
