It's been a good amount of time since I came for breakfast but there was no sign of Aurora anywhere.
I subtly glanced toward the entrance every now and then, hoping she’d walk in. My mood was already off because she had disappeared from my room. And now, she was nowhere to be seen.
Just as I was about to sigh in frustration, Vivienne strutted into the dining room, her heels clicking against the floor. Her bright smile was all too familiar…one I knew was only reserved for me. Without hesitation, she slid into the seat right beside me.
