The car skidded to a halt at the grand entrance of Valencrest Hospital, one of the most elite medical institutions in the country. Tall, shining glass panels, lush interiors, and a lobby that resembled more of a five-star hotel than a hospital. Valencrest was where billionaires were treated, secrets were protected, and the best doctors worked behind closed, secured doors.
But none of that mattered to the Skylar family right now.
The moment Owen flung the door open and stepped out, followed by Ryan, Asher, Ian, and Aurora…the entire lobby stilled.
