I banged on Marc's dooruntil he finally opened, he looked pissed like someone just woke him up at fourin the morning like I just did. I pushed past him letting myself in.
"Where's Liam, it'sbeen three days and he needs to come back home," I stated standing in themiddle of the living room with my arms crossed.
"He's not here, hewent out- actually he been going out every night since he started staying herebut he's not here," Marc said yawning.
He trudged back down thehall and I followed him, "Why are you following me?" he asked once hegot to his room.
"I'm hungry, make mesome food," I whined.
"Girl, can't youcook? Stop acting spoiled I ain't Liam," he said.
I scoffed turning on myheel, I went to the kitchen and looked through the fridge. I took out a cartonof eggs and some bacon then grab bread to make toast.
While scrambling the eggsI heard the front door open then closed. I took the pan off the stove beforegoing to the living room.
"Liam," Iwhined.
He turned away from the door,"What are you doing here?" he asked taking off his shoes.
"You've been gonefor too long," I told him.
He laughed, "It onlybeen three days, can't live without me?" he joked.
"Not in themornings, I can't," I said smirking.
He walked into thekitchen, "Were you cooking?" he asked surprised.
"Yes, because Ihaven't had breakfast in three days" I pouted.
He shook his head,"Sit down," he said turning the stove on again.
I sat at the table andwatched him move around the kitchen, he finished the eggs and put the baconback in the fridge. He went to a closet in the corner and pulled out a box ofpancake mix.
"You'll have to putup with pancakes," he said over his shoulder.
"That's fine,"I mumbled.
After he was done he sata plate with pancakes and eggs in front of me with a glass of apple juice thentook a seat across from me at the table.
We sat there in silencewhile I ate and he texted on his phone, I looked up from my plate, "Wherehave you been?" I asked.
"Here," he saidnot looking up from his phone.
A smile flashed acrosshis face, "Marc said you've been going out every night since you beenhere." I pointed out.
He looked up from hisphone, "He really talks too much," he mumbled.
"Tell me, where haveyou been going staying out til morning?" I pressed.
He sighed sitting hisphone faced down, "I met someone," he stated.
I nodded, "That'sgreat," I told him.
"You think so?"he asked.
"Yeah, I'm happy foryou, I think it's overdue for you to get back out there," I said stabbingmy pancake.

"Try it onfirst," I told her.
She threw the shirt onthe bed while she took off her top and proceeded to throw it on the bed. Shecame over and slipped the top over her head.
"Good thing you havebig titties," I told her.
She rolled her eyes whileflipping me off, "How're things going with Marc?" I asked.

"He's cool, s*x isgreat," I told her.
She hummed pulling out apair of jeans, "Put them back, I ain't wear them yet," I saidsnapping my fingers at her.

My bedroom door openedrevealing Nyikee, she came in and jumped on my bed.
"Damn, who beensucking on your neck?" I asked looking at her neck and chest littered withhickies,
"My man," shesmirked.
Alessia gasped, "Youfound someone willing to date you?" she asked.
I burst out laughing ather comment, while Nyikee glared at her. "Who’s the um, lucky guy?" Iasked trying to stop laughing.
"Can't say,"she stated.
"Oh, he doesn't wantpeople to know he’s dating you?" Alessia asked.
Nyikee snapped her headto Alessia, "Say something else ima knock your ass out," shethreatened.
Alessia laughed, "Iain't scared of you, try me," she said.
"Alright ladies shutup and let the girl gush about her man," I said bringing their attentionback.
Nyikee cleared her throat,"The guy that I been crushing on for a while," she said.
"Oh? He's finallygiving you a chance?" I asked.
She nodded, "He's soover her ex, he actually said that he thinks that she's just a little hoe thatwants any d**k she can get," she said.
"She sounds likeone," I told her.
Alessia scoffed,"Says the girl who only date for one week only to have s*x with men,"she muttered.
"I'll settle downwhen I'm ready," I stated.
"But he's not readyfor us to be public yet, he said maybe after a few months," she saidsmiling.
"I'm happy foryou-" I gasped, "I forgot to tell you two something, Liam is seeingsomeone finally," I announced.
"Finally!"Alessia shouted.
"That's great forhim, he needed to move on," Nyikee said.
"I'm happy for him, kinda, it's just gonna be weird seeing him with someone else," I mumbled.
"Who is he dating?Does she go to college here? Is she a music major like him?" Alessiaasked.
"Girl I don't know Ididn't ask all that s**t," I told her.
"Alright well, I'moff to chill with Marc, we're going to be at the studio,"
"Have fun on yourdate," I told her as she left.
It was just me and Nyikeenow, she texted on her phone the whole time not paying me any attention. Ithrew a pillow at her head, "What," she groaned.
"Wanna go clubbingtonight with me and Milo, you can bring your man," I suggested.
"Nope, we have plansof our own, what club you going to tonight?" she asked.
"I don't knowyet," I shrugged.

The club wasn't as packedtonight, well it wasn't my favorite club that I always go to. It was one thatMilo had picked out, it had more of a romantic atmosphere around.People were dancing to love songs, I sat at the table we picked while Milo wentto get our drink from the bar. Looking around the room everyone seemed to be ina really romantic mood from thedimmed lights, slow music and probably their drinks too.
"Hey, I got you asex on the beach," Milo said placing my drink in front of me.
"Thanks, but why didyou bring me here?" I asked.
He sat down across fromme, "Because my week is almost up, and I wanted to show you how I'd treatyou if we were together officially," he said before drinking from hisglass.
"So, you're bribingme?" I questioned.
He shrugged,"Maybe," he said.
I lifted the glass to mylips tilting my head back, "I'm better off being alone," I told himputting the glass down.
"But why? You seemlike you're the type of girl who enjoys having someone by their side," hepointed out.
"What makes me seemlike that?" I asked.
He chuckled, "You'restill living with your ex, I wouldn't keep living with an ex after we broke upfriends or not. You like having someone with you or you'll have separationanxiety" he stated.
"Wrong," I toldhim.
"Enlighten me thenmami," he said leaning on his elbows.
"I still live withLiam because he practically takes care of me, I like being taken care of. Idon't want to learn how to love anyone else, I’drather be free to do whatever I want. I just like having someone tolean on when I need it, he's my safety blanket and I'm his." I said.
He nodded, "Now letme tell you what you really mean. You don't want someone to break your heartlike you did your ex, you're just spoiled as f**k but I ain't gonna spoil yourass, lastly your just scared to give your heart to someone else because you knowyour ex won't hurt you," he presented.
I sat back in my chairand downed my drink, "You think you know me," I said.
"I don't but I wantto if you can give me a chance," he said keeping eye contact with me.
Another song startedplaying, he grabbed my hand leading me to the dance floor. He pulled my arms upplacing them around his neck and rested his hands on my waist.
We swayed along with themusic, his breath fanned against neck before he kissed my shoulder.
"You know this isn'tworking," I hummed.
"I still have threedays left to keep trying," he laughed sending vibrations throughout mybody.
