Chapter Two- Liam

I stood over the stovemaking pancakes for Alessia and Niykee while starting on the waffle batter forVenus and me, I flipped over the pancake that was in the pan before taking itout.

"So, you're sure shebrought him home last night?" Alessia asked.

I started the waffle ironbefore turning towards her, "Our rooms are right next door to each other,I'm pretty sure I can hear perfectly fine," I told her.

She rolled her eyes, Ipicked up the plate of pancakes and sat it in front of them on the table.

"And you're finewith that? I mean I know you guys broke up almost three years ago butdamn," Niykee spoke up.

I ignored them while Iwork on the waffles, hearing plate clink and forks scraping against them letsme know that they already started eating.

"I smell food,"I heard Venus stumble into the kitchen.

"You missed yourclass," I told her.

She hugged me frombehind, "I was tired," she whined hanging onto me.

I turned around to faceher, she was wearing an old t-shirt of mine that stops down to her knees."Good morning, princess," I told her.

She smiled sleepily up atme, "Morning babe," she said.

I guess we'll never fallout of old habits, she laid her head on my stomach since she's five feet even.I leaned down to kiss her forehead.

"Go sit at the tablewaffles almost done," I said turning her in the direction of the kitchentable.

I went back to makingenough waffles, while the three of them started their own conversation.

"Good morning,"I gruff voice sounded.

"Morning," Igrumbled along with everyone else.

I finished plating thewaffles and sat them on the table before going to the fridge to get orangejuice and almond milk for Venus.

I sat down on the otherside of Venus so that she was sitting between Milo and I. I poured her a glassof her milk and I poured my glass of orange juice and passed the carton aroundthe table for everyone else.

"Wow, this is a nicespread," he complimented.

"Liam is a greatcook," Venus mumbled eating a waffle, she laid her head on my shoulder.

I patted her head, shehummed in delight. Niykee and Alessia shook their head at us.

"Because you'reincompetent in the morning time," Alessia commented.

Venus stuck her tongueout at her before she drunk some of her milk.

I finished my plate andtook it to the dishwasher then looked at the time on my phone.

"Alright, I'll beleaving to the studio to try and record something today," I announced.

Venus made grabby handsat me, I went over and pressed a short kiss to her lips, "I'll stop bylater," she told me.

I pulled away to seeeveryone staring at us, "I feel like I'm missing something here,"Milo said.

I cleared my throat,"We used to date, she just so used to me kissing her before I leave,"I explained.

He nodded slowly,"Your boyfriend doesn't mind that? I mean when you're dating for aweek." he asked Venus.

She shook her head,"We only do this when we're both single," she explained to him.

He nodded again, "Soabout that week..." he said trailing off.

I left the room before hecould finish his sentence, I went down the hall to grab my wallet and keys thenheaded out the door.

I listened to theplayback of the track I recorded, it sounded good but nowhere near finished. Istill needed more lyrics for it.

"That soundsgood,"

I looked behind me to seeMarc, he took a seat next to me bopping his head along to the song.

"It's a lovesong?" he asked.

I nodded, "Yeah,isn't finished yet." I told him.

"I don't think yourlove story doesn't have an ending so you should just pick where it ended to endthe song," he suggested.

He knew about Venus andme, she used to be here almost every day here with me, even recorded a fewsongs with me too.

"That mightwork," I said as I pulled out my notebook and started writing.

"And..." hesaid.

I looked up at him,"Put her on a track," he said.

I shook my head,"No, I don't want her to hear this," I told him.

"Do it, and performit for your final," he said.

I groaned, the studiodoor opened and I quickly turned off the music. Venus and Niykee walked in, andshe took a seat on my lap.

"Hey," sheyawned rubbing her face against mine.

I laughed at her action,"Wassup, still tired?" I asked.

"More like bored,let's have a movie night tonight and let's invite the girls too," shesuggested.

"We can do that, butlet's invite Marc for Alessia since they like each other and all but he being abitch about it," I laughed.

Marc scoffed, "Iain't no b***h like someone else," he mumbled.

I shot him a glare and heshut up quick, "I'll make the popcorn, buy more drinks when you come home,oh and ice cream." she added.

I nodded taking a mentalnote and hope I don't forget anything, she got up leaned up pressing buttons onthe controllers in front of us. I slapped her hand away but it was too latebefore the music started playing and my voice echoed around the room.

She sat there listeningsilently, "This sound really good," she mumbled.

I wrapped my arm aroundher waist so that she wouldn't slip off my lap, she started humming along,"You have some lyrics you want to add?" I asked licking my lips.

She hummed, "Yeah,but not yet I have to sleep on it for a night or two," she said.

She stood up, "Seeyou tonight," she said motioning Nyikee to follow her.

After the door closedbehind them, Marc turned around in his chair looking at me. "She's gonnawrite the ending," he said.

"You think?" Iasked.

He spun around in thechair and I stopped it with my foot making him jerk in the chair.

"Yes, dumbass,"he said.

"Shut upbitch," I said grabbing my notebook and backpack.

"You coming with meto the store or not? You can buy Alessia her favorite things and she'll loveyou for a lifetime," I told him.

He jumped up from thechair and hit the lights on our way out.

Everyone sat in theliving room surrounding the tv, I was on the couch next to Venus and on theother side of her was Milo. Nyikee decided to invite him since she didn't wanthim getting into any trouble.

Alessia and Marc sharedthe love seat and Nyikee had the recliner all to herself. The girls picked themovie and it was sadly a romance movie from Netflix. I pressed play on theremote and the movie started.

I have to say that Ithink the girls picked a good movie, half the scenes were s*x scenes which werepleasing to watch.

"s**t!" Milocursed out loud.

Everyone turned theirhead to look at him as for Venus she stayed looking ahead at the tv.

He rubbed his arm,"Um she pinched me," he admitted.

"You weredistracting me from the movie," she stated while staring at the tv.

She laid her head on myshoulder and pulled her blanket up to her neck, I looked down at her thencovered her ears. "She doesn't like when people touch her while shepreoccupied with other things," I told him.

His eyes widened,"I-I didn't touch her," he stuttered.

"Dude relax, I triedthe same thing when we dated, she pinches hard as hell," I laughed.

"I know you'retalking about me," Venus stated.

I ignored her and messedup her hair, she gasped slapping my shoulders before fixing her hair. "Ihate you," she grumbled.

"I love you too lilangry baby," I cooed.

She bit her lip trying tohide her smile but didn't succeed, everyone went back to watching the movie.After another thirty minutes, it ended and everyone stretched until we foundanother movie. Venus and Milo disappeared for the rest of the night while weall watched another movie, Nyikee laid on top of me on the couch for the restof the night.
