I can't believe Mandy's mother would call on her daughter on her birthday and upset her in such a way. This really pisses me off. My opinion of her is not being elevated in the least by this development. She is a woman who lacks maturity and is self-centered.
I have no idea what went through her mind when she made the decision to tell Mandy about her father on the same day that she was celebrating her birthday. She was aware that it would make her angry. Even I am aware of that. I really want to act like a complete caveman and throw that thing against the wall so that Mandy's mother will never be able to confront her daughter about it again, but I can't.
