I sprang up immediately to find out that it was a dream. My breath was ragged. I had sweat all over my body like I had been running a race. Nina has been shot. She died crying. Screaming. I snatched a robe and ran out. Taking the keys from one of my men, I ran to the dungeon. My heart was in my mouth as I wondered the state she could be in. For the first time in a long time, I was pretty scared. What if she died. On getting there, I took out a torchlight. I pointed it around the cell but I couldn’t find Nina. “Nina!” I growled.
