I took in a deep breath and followed him. We walked to a quieter place but he still kept walking. I frowned. That was weird. How come Knox never for once turned around? How sure was he that I was still following him? “He hasn’t even turned back,” I grumbled as I kept walking, looking around but not forward; suddenly, I bumped into a wall. “Ouch! My nose” I was still rubbing my nose when I noticed the wall turn and realized it wasn’t a wall. “Watch where you are going” came a firm response. I looked up and my eyes widened. What the hell was wrong with me? I should have known who it was merely by his perfume. It was the most intoxicating scent that had ever graced my nostrils. It was a mixture of woody and ash and musk and coffee. It smelled like everything and nothing at the same time.
