Sofia woke up earlier than her alarm clock. She could not hide her excitement. She walked to her dresser and chose the dress she would wear tonight. “Gavin would be so sorry he chose Veronica over me.” She sneered at her reflection, satisfied with what she’s seeing. After her talk with Howie, they agreed to help each other out. Howie will do it in return. Aya will award Howie the ski resort that he wanted to get from Aya’s company for the past years. Their show relationship will give ease for Howie’s company despite his reputation as a greedy capitalist. Now that they are settled, Aya can act more freely, thinking that she is not completely taking advantage of Howie since he will get his side of the bargain.
