We left the Ryokan around eleven because we, well I, was so exhausted from out exercise the previous night that I couldn’t wake up any earlier, that plus we wanted to eat before we headed out.
“Today we’ll go to Gion!” I announced while hopping into our privately hired cab. Because we were going to be traveling around the area for these few days, we decided to hire a private cab to just wait on us whoever we went so we didn’t have to worry about transportation or how to get to places, after all, it would suck to waste time getting lost in an unknown area when we can have someone chauffeur us around everywhere.
