I had such an amazing birthday. I just couldn’t believe that my birthday is today and that I’m actually 18. They were all so sweet to me throwing a party for me. I have never had a birthday party before. I wasn’t even allowed to be anywhere near a party. Joselyn made ribs with baked beans and Mac n cheese. I was so stuffed. Then we got to have cake. It was so good, chocolate whipped icing on strawberry cake, topped with chocolate covered strawberries. It was so delicious. Now we are going out back to have a bonfire. They’ve always looked like so much fun. I find Eric and he hands me a bottle of lemonade. “Thank you Eric.” “Isabelle, would you like to go on a date with me?” He just blurted it out and caught me off guard. “I would love to Eric.” I reached up on my tiptoes and kissed him.
