Clementine was beside herself. She needed to protect her child at all costs. The thought of the council getting ahold of her child scares her shitless. She knew that the only way to protect her child was to find Isabelle. Luckily she was near the mall when she picked up her scent. The last thing she wanted was to put Isabelle or her family in danger. She had no where else to go.
