"She's mine. That's all you need to know.”
I stood up and shoved my hands in my pockets, as I looked out the window trying to remain calm.
"What did you say?” He asked, looking very mad.
"What you hear, Hale. The girl chose me and I was planning to bring her before the council yesterday but as you know, the Incubus attacked us and hurt us. Especially hurt my Alison.” I said with a serious voice.
"And she knows what you are?” He asked me surprised.
"Yes.” I assured.
"Are you sure?”
I looked over my shoulder at him and frowned: "What do you mean?”
