I place 2 plates of scramble egg and toast on the kitchen counter. I pour 2 cups of coffee then see Ian climbing down the stairs with casual attire. It is weekend which means he is out to meet his family leaving me home alone. It had been like that since I move in. I don’t bother much by it before. He walks towards me smiling. “Meeting with your family?” I asked casually. He nods while sipping the coffee I offered. “I will be back tonight.” He said. He eats his breakfast silently. I play with my fork thinking about Ed’s revelation yesterday. “Urmm… Can I come today? I want to know your family.” I persuaded him. He puts down his fork and looks at me shock. “Baby, u met my father before.” He said. “Yes, I met Mayor Anderson.
