I saw red as soon as I saw my mate being dragged naked by her hair in the mouth of a wolf. At this point, nothing could stand in the way of Toby as he tore his way through them with one goal in mind.
Saving her.
After everyone was taken care of I scooped Delilah up and rushed her to the pack doctor.
“Dr. Claude! There was a rogue attack! I need help… NOW! I reared as soon as I burst through the door.
He rushed over to her, taking her from my arms causing a growl to rumble under my breath.
“Alpha, is there something I should know?”
“She's my mate.” I felt defeated, weak almost. I'm not sure why.
