Xander's POV
When she said those 3 words to me, I didn't know what to do or what to believe.
''Was she saying the truth, does she love me?'' I asked myself because even though she had finally said those words that I had always wanted to hear from her, I still had this hint of doubt in my heart. Because deep down I never really thought someone so pure and innocent could love someone like me.
'' There I have said, is that not what you want to hear, Xander? I love you. I still don't know how it happened, but I fell helplessly in love with you,'' she said, and there it was, the confirmation I had been looking for in her eyes.
She wasn't saying this because she thought this was what I wanted to hear, she was saying this because that is what she truly felt.
