Xander's POV
I couldn't get any sleep at all after my encounter with Bella last night, as I kept on replaying in my head the part where she said she loved me because that was the only good part of last night.
And, of course, her other words of rejection were the ones that give me sleepless nights.
But I refused to give up on her now that I knew how she truly felt about me. I had always wanted her to love me, I had always wanted her to see me and now that she does, I was not going to let her confusion ruin that for us.
She wants to be with me. It was so clear to see in her eyes, so now all I have to do is remind her of that.
Since I couldn't sleep and the sun had already risen in the sky, I decided to get on with work.
