I say after an awkward moment of silence, understanding that they're the ones joking when they laugh.   "Goodbye, Noah."   "Hey, I should be able to ask more things." I complain.   Although they don’t sound so amused with the idea, we have an agreement. "You'll have three questions tomorrow."   The call ends with no further exchange of words. I pass my hands through my messy hair after leaving my phone on the desk, right next to my books.   At least I'll have more answers from now on.   I finish my homework and take a shower.
