Third Person's POV:
Charles stood in front of his boss to block him from walking into Zoey’s store. If Lorenzo took another step, he dared to hurt his boss. That’s how much he cared for Zoey.
He can’t explain why he got this attachment to Zoey.
At first, he did his duty as he followed her everywhere she went. When Zoey started to buy lunch for him, when she ordered her lunch, he felt some bond towards her.
She was the first person to find him in darkness.
Even after knowing he follows Zoey, she never avoids him. Whenever she goes somewhere, she always looks behind to see if Charles follows her.
Even though they never properly introduced themselves, he always stood by her whenever she needed him.
He always covered his face because he didn’t want her to be frightened by his scar
