Zoey's POV:
For the last three days went by, as Mr. Mafia tried his best to get Lily to forgive him. But Lily didn’t even give him a chance. We talked all night about how to convince her.
Yeah, we talk every night. At first, it was so weird and awkward. Then he started to talk about his work as he made our awkwardness fade.
Every time I try to convince Lily to forgive Mr. Mafia but she kept saying she would forgive him on Thursday, which was three days away.
I don’t know why she is so stubborn like that. Maybe she got it from her mother.
I didn’t get to meet Mr. Mafia for the last three days. And I still sulk at black man.
But he didn’t even care about it. As always, he stood outside my store sometimes and other times he could come in to read some books.
I don’t talk to him.
