CHAPTER 21 “You can eat and rest here, provided you’re willing to shell out a few credits,” the spectral individual said rather sarcastically before leaving. Through the portholes of the rest stop, Ruya watched him disappear down the street. She looked around, breathing in the smells of the place. It was little more than a metal and plastic box, but it had the nice aroma of savory food and Andalerian tea. A droid waiter welcomed them, flashing his optical devices. On the opposite side from the entrance, a creepy looking guy with a grid-shaped tattoo on his face and a wide-brimmed hat low on his head was observing them with sideway glances. “Am I the only one that finds all of this odd?” Ruya quietly asked. Dan replied while voraciously gazing at some meat dishes on display near the bar.
