Bailard smiled in amusement, and I was wondering what made him so cocky. I didn’t like it one bit, so I started screaming “King Kirian, help me! King Kirian, I need some assistance here!” at the top of my lungs.
Holly ran at him, and swung her arm back, ready to swing the flail at him and crack his head open.
He ducked from the cold iron flail and punched her hard in the kidney. Good thing you only need one of them, because I have a feeling that one is down for the count the way he hit her.
