Blackwood Pack is near Havre de Grace, a city in Hartford County, Maryland. It is situated near the Susquehanna River, which is the principal river that flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The Susquehanna River's mouth is located at the north end of the bay. The Chesapeake Bay empties into the Atlantic Ocean. It is located on the eastern coast of the United States and is considered a major estuary. The bay extends roughly 200 miles from the headwaters of the Susquehanna River to the Atlantic Ocean.
I’m running and running through the forest. I can still hear them chasing after me. Tousled grasses, earthen wind, newly grown hues of green - the daytime has come. Birdsong is the sound of daytime, as if they transform light energy into song.
