Nadia looked between the two of us with expectant eyes, and a fearful thought crossed my mind.
I still didn't completely know why Aidan chose to leave me all those years ago, but now that he was here, Nadia was head over heels for him, and it had just been weeks.
What if he left us again?
What if things became tough and he decided to break our hearts again? What if he didn't really want us?
