"Keep your head up, you're slacking Jay" my instructor yelled annoyed and it was a mutual feeling I was sick of this.
I was sparring in the arena with one of the guards, he wasn't a tough fighter, even going easy on the shaking man plus the light ache in my chest kept distracting me and I had to ignore Calius blaring growls.

" Ughh" I yip, dropping my sword falling to my knees I clutch my shirt the sharp sinuous pain hard to ignore now.
My whole breathe hyperventilating, the pain was torturous hitting hardest and harder tilk it subsided a little but still hurt like hell.
