Alexandra's eyes widened in shock. "What do you mean?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper. Joe's expression was grim. "I mean that whoever did this to me is still out there, and they're not going to stop until they get what they want." Alexandra felt a chill run down her spine. "What do I need to do?" she asked, trying to sound calm. Joe's eyes locked onto hers. "I need you to be careful," he said. "Don't go anywhere alone, and don't trust anyone." Alexandra nodded, feeling a sense of determination wash over her. She was going to do whatever it took to keep this truth from surfacing Just then, Rhea walked back into the room, a cup of coffee in her hand. "Hey, what's going on?" she asked, noticing the serious look on Joe's face "nothing" Joe said calmly Rhea's eyes narrowed. she could sense the tension between them. Alexandra had almost forgotten about the mysterious meeting she was supposed to attend. It wasn't until she glanced at her watch and saw that it was already 4:45 pm that she remembered. She was supposed to meet someone at 5th and Main at 5 pm. Panic set in as she realized she was running late. She quickly said goodbye to Rhea and Ryan, telling them she had to run some errands. "I'll catch up with you guys later," she said, trying to sound casual. As she rushed out of the hospital, Alexandra couldn't shake the feeling that she was walking into something dangerous. Who was this person she was supposed to meet? And what did they want from her? She hailed a taxi and gave the driver the address. As they sped through the streets, Alexandra's anxiety grew. What was she getting herself into? The taxi dropped her off at the corner of 5th and Main. Alexandra looked around, but she didn't see anyone waiting for her. She checked her watch again - it was 5:05 pm. Had she missed the meeting? Or was the person running late? As she stood there, wondering what to do next, a figure emerged from the shadows. The figure was tall and imposing, with a hoodie pulled up over their head. Alexandra's heart skipped a beat as the figure approached her. "Who are you?" Alexandra demanded, trying to sound brave. The figure pushed back its hood, revealing a shocking sight. It was a woman, with piercing green eyes and long, curly brown hair. "I'm someone who knows all your secrets," the woman said, her voice low and menacing. Alexandra's eyes widened in shock. "What are you talking about?" she asked, trying to play dumb. The woman smiled, her eyes glinting with amusement. "Don't play games with me, Alexandra," she said. "I know all about your affair with Joe. And I know all about your lies to Ryan." Alexandra's heart sank. How did this woman know so much about her? "What do you want?" Alexandra asked, trying to keep her voice steady. The woman's smile grew wider. "I want you to pay for what you've done," she said. "You've hurt a lot of people, Alexandra. And now it's time for you to face the consequences." Alexandra's eyes darted back and forth, searching for an escape route. But she was trapped. The woman had her right where she wanted her. The woman took a step closer to Alexandra, her eyes blazing with anger. "You think you're so perfect, don't you?" she spat. "You think you can just lie and cheat and hurt people, and then just walk away?" Alexandra shook her head, trying to defend herself. "That's not fair," she said. "You don't know the whole story." The woman laughed, a cold, mirthless sound. "I know enough," she said. "I know that you're a liar and a cheat. And I know that you're going to pay for what you've done." Suddenly, the woman reached into her pocket and pulled out a small folder. She opened it, revealing a sheaf of photographs. Alexandra's eyes widened in horror as she saw the photos. They were pictures of her and Joe, taken on the nights they had spent together. There were photos of them kissing, holding hands, and embracing. The woman smiled again, her eyes glinting with triumph. "You see, Alexandra," she said. "I have proof of your affair. And I'm going to make sure that Ryan sees these photos." Alexandra felt like she had been punched in the gut. She knew that she was in trouble, big trouble. She tried to think of a way to talk her way out of the situation, but she knew it was hopeless. The woman turned to leave, but not before she dropped a bombshell. "And by the way, Alexandra," she said. "I'm not the only one who knows about your affair. There's someone else, someone who is very close to you." Alexandra's eyes widened in shock. Who could it be? Ryan? Rhea? Or someone else entirely?
