The Truth

Today is the day Ava turns eighteen. She is getting ready to go out to the hideout she shares with Arrow and Alec, her best friends. Arrow looks like her brother Alec. They are twins, who have curly blonde hair, fair skin, and emerald green eyes. Arrow's hair goes to the middle of her stomach where Alec keeps his short. They met Ava when she was eight and have been best friends since.

Ava has raven black hair that goes past her stomach, ice blue eyes, and fair skin. Her hair is slightly curly, she is the only person in the town that looks like this. Everyone automatically knows her when they see her.

Ava decides to wear a black croptop with her dark blue ripped skinny jeans. She also grabs a pair of black boots and her black leather jacket. Ava lightly does her makeup, just putting on mascara and a little blush, she puts her hair up in a high ponytail. Heading down the stairs, she is stopped by her adoptive dad, Mark. Ava could smell alcohol on him. He starts to yell and throw things at Ava, then grabs a whip and starts to hit her casing her wounds she got from last night to reopen. This time, Arrow and Alec saw the whole thing from outside the window and busted in, Alec in a wolf form and Arrow holding a sword to Mark's neck.

Mack stumbles back and falls to the ground. Ava started to just walk out the back door. Arrow and Alec follow. "What was that about Ava?", Arrow asked, worried. "It's nothing, I'm eighteen and I don't have to go back. I already moved all my things to our hideout.", Ava says, and they just look at her like she is crazy. Everyone is quiet as they make their way to their hideout. The hideout is in the forbidden forest, located in a cave behind a water fall that has a small entrance.

Entering the cave, Ava takes off her jacket and places it near her area of the cave. There are four parts of the cave, the main part, then Alec's part near the entrance. Arrow has her area next to Alec's since there are two smaller caves next to each other. Where as Ava has her area in the far back of the cave. Her area is bigger than Arrow and Alec's space, but not too big.

"Why did you never tell us about what that man was doing?", Alec asked. Ava just sat there and said "Because I got stronger when he started to hit me and it led me to meet the both of you, so I don't care.", Arrow and Alec just sighed. Ava then pointed at them and then to the ground, telling them to sit. Right when they sat down Ava spoke, "I want to know if I have abilities like both of you so you will help me. Now.", Ava said sternly.

After multiple tests, they found out that Ava had multiple abilities. She could do what Arrow and Alec could do, as well as control all the elements, breathe underwater, create portals and teleport, communicate telepathically, and also heal her wounds and others. The only downside to healing was she couldn't heal the scars and the wounds she healed would turn to a scar depending on the type of wound.

"Wow, this is so cool! But only use the abilities that are the same as Alec's and mine when you really need to be OK.", Arrow said. Ava laughs and says, "Don't worry. I will use them only if I have to.", Alec nods. There was a loud bang and they all looked in the direction of the noise. It was an Elder of the town. Elder Zack was the only one that was permitted in the forest and if he told the others, Arrow and Alec would be in big trouble. Ava stood up and ran over to Elder Zack and said, "Please don't tell anyone.", her voice sounded like a sweet melody. All the Elder did was nod and say, "Yes princess Ava, I will tell no one about this.", Ava stumbled back.

'What did Elder Zack just call me', Ava thought. Arrow gasped and Alec had a shocked expression on his face. "Why did you call me princess Elder Zack?", Ava asked, her voice still like a sweet melody. "Because you are the daughter of the light princess and the dark prince. They were killed when you were a baby. You are the rightful ruler of the light and dark kingdoms.", Elder Zack said. Ava stood there shocked as the Elder left.
