I needed to leave!
I needed to leave Ivy’s presence before I said or did something that I was going to regret.
I knew my attitude had changed since she told me about her uncle telling her about the killings but it wasn’t even about that.
I didn’t want to ignore the fact that there was a possibility that Ivy was the girl I see in my dreams.
I once said I had nightmares that weren’t really nightmares but simply bad memories of my hometown but that wasn’t all.
I usually dreamt that I was in a ditch somewhere, above me was a crowd of people waiting to kill me.
