Hayden's POV. Ivy Durian was something else. There was just something about her that I could not place my hand against, or wrap my head around. Apart from the familiar feeling and the incessant growling of my wolf wherever she was within range, there was something else. I always felt it but I didn't know what it was. I had come home to regret accepting to the fight with Yousef. I won of course but I had to leave Ivy stranded and that plagued me all through the night. I wanted to call and apologize but I preferred speaking face to face.
